There's a very good reason why Theresa is considered the best property manager in New Farm - her unmatched knowledge of the local market, attention to detail, and wonderful customer service. She is the best in New Farm and beyond! I have worked with Theresa both as a tenant and a landlord and would recommend her specialist business from either angle. As a tenant, I enjoyed worry free occupancy, where a couple of minor issues were fixed quickly and efficiently. I was always treated very nicely by staff and paperwork was handled seamlessly.

As a landlord, Theresa has managed my property very well ensuring that everything is in working condition, repairs and upgrades are carried out quickly and of high quality. The property had a great occupancy rate and Theresa kept me up to date with changes in the local market as well as any issues with the property, surrounding properties, nearby new construction etc. Above all she has a fantastic sense of style and makes recommendations that add value, sometimes very minor and cost effective change helps market the property.
